Conscript Committee (VMTK abbreviated in Finnish)

Each brigade-level unit that trains conscripts also features a Conscript Committee that is composed of conscripts.

The Conscript Committee is tasked to develop conscripts’ service conditions and free time activities by, among other things, organising varying free time clubs and course programmes, sports, games and leave travel rides.
